To access your personal data head to Log In > and enter your credentials.  All information is securely stored for your piece of mind. Once logged in, you can update your personal data including wine preferences. We’d also love you to rate our wines which can be done from within your personal profile section. Your past wine purchases can also be accessed from here.

Subscriptions

Our subscription based model is designed to offer your favourite wines at the most competitive prices, delivered to your door at a chosen frequency. We know things change and our commitment is to keep things flexible giving you the chance to opt-in or opt-out as you desire.

Shipping & delivery

At vino&u, we strive to send out orders we receive during working hours (Mon-Fri) by 11 am on the same day. If your order comes in after 11 am, rest assured, we’ll get it out to you the next working day.

We are excited to announce our partnership with Australia Post to ensure your favourite wines are delivered to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. You can now sit back and relax while we take care of getting your wine to you promptly and securely.

Australia Post offers a wine delivery service that is perfect for wine lovers who want their favourite wines delivered to their doorstep. The service uses specialised handling and transportation techniques to ensure that the wine bottles are kept safe and secure during the delivery process. You can track your wine delivery online and stay informed about its progress at every step. Choose the delivery option that suits you best, and enjoy a hassle-free experience with the Signature on Delivery or “Safe Drop” Signature with Authority to Leave options.

Australia Post has adopted the ID25 guideline for the delivery of all parcels containing alcohol. All parcels lodged under one of the wine service codes will feature a prompt for the delivery driver to confirm that the receiver appears to be over 25 years of age. If the receiver does not appear to be over 25, a mandatory proof of age check will be undertaken to confirm that they are over 18 years of age by sighting appropriate identity documentation.

*There is an additional requirement in South Australia where a signed declaration must be collected by Australia Post for all deliveries containing alcohol, with ID details including Date of Birth to be recorded if the receiver appears they may be under 25 years of age, as determined when following the ID25 Guideline.

Intoxicated Receivers

Australia Post may also refuse to deliver parcels containing alcohol to a receiver who appears to be intoxicated, which aligns with safe service of alcohol guidelines and regulatory requirements.
