Presents a vibrant ruby red hue and is matured for eight months in 30% new French oak barrels, with the remainder in seasoned barrels. The aroma is rich with classic Pinot Noir characters of vibrant cherry, mulberry and cranberry, complemented by spicy whole bunch fermentation and a creamy lees texture. The palate is finely structured, leading to an excellent long finish. This wine pairs beautifully with teriyaki chicken.
